I just visited this site, and the only thing left is the tunnels and base of the buildings, it is definitely haunted, at night you can hear faint wails and cries of the patients that have passed on

I lived in Deming in the 1960s. my family lived in a two story house on Tin Street that was haunted. I had never heard about the tunnels.. but have heard of the holy cross place even partied there as a teenager. So I do believe in the ghost . I just wonder now if that house was built above the tunnels.

I do not have an exact location but I do know that Camp Cody was located 3 miles northwest of Deming. I will keep searching though.

I visit Deming often and would like to be able to find this site..I got a pamplet from the visitor center,but they could not tell me where it is..anyone able to give me directions there ??? Thanks…you have a great site by the way
